Payment Terms

  1. Pricing & Invoices
    All prices are agreed upon in advance and outlined in the applicable proposal, contract, or invoice. Invoices will be issued according to the agreed payment schedule.
  2. Payment Due Dates
    An initial 30% payment is due upon reservation to secure the booking.
    The remaining 70% of the total balance must be paid at least 30 days before the event commencement date.  
  3. Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept payment via provided payment link. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
  4. Refunds
    Payments made for services already rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Client Cancellation
    Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 10 days before the scheduled start date or next billing period.
  2. Cancellation FeesUp to 30 days prior the event commencement date  - full refund 29 - 10 days prior to the event commencement date - 30% cancelation fee Less than 10 days prior to the event commencement date   - 100% cancelation fee 
  3. Provider Cancellation
    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  4. No-Shows
    Failure to attend a scheduled event without prior notice may be charged accordingly.

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy.
