Payment Terms
- Pricing & Invoices
All prices are agreed upon in advance and outlined in the applicable proposal, contract, or invoice. Invoices will be issued according to the agreed payment schedule. - Payment Due Dates
An initial 30% payment is due upon reservation to secure the booking.
The remaining 70% of the total balance must be paid at least 30 days before the event commencement date. - Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via provided payment link. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client. - Refunds
Payments made for services already rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 10 days before the scheduled start date or next billing period. - Cancellation FeesUp to 30 days prior the event commencement date - full refund 29 - 10 days prior to the event commencement date - 30% cancelation fee Less than 10 days prior to the event commencement date - 100% cancelation fee
- Provider Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. - No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled event without prior notice may be charged accordingly.
Acknowledgment
By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy.
