Terms of sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are updated as of 6 March 2026.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) have the following purposes:
- to inform any consumer about the terms and conditions under which the seller (“CODAGE”) sells and delivers the ordered products;
- to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by CODAGE to the consumer (the “Customer”).
These GTCS apply, without restriction or reservation, to all product sales offered by CODAGE on its website www.codageparis.com (the “Site”).
Any order placed on the Site implies full acceptance of these GTCS, which the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted prior to placing the order.
Products are offered for sale and delivery worldwide, excluding China. Prior to placing an order, the Customer declares that:
the purchase of products on the CODAGE website is for personal use only and is not related to any professional activity;
they have full legal capacity to enter into these GTCS.
CODAGE reserves the right to modify the GTCS at any time. However, the applicable conditions are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the products, except for personalized products or services executed on the chosen date.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES – PAYMENT – ORDER
Prices
Prices displayed on the Site are those in effect, including all taxes (TTC), at the time of the order. They do not include delivery fees, which are calculated based on the order amount and shown before validation.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. No order will be shipped without full payment confirmation. Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All payment information is encrypted.
CODAGE may transmit order data to authorized third parties for identity verification and fraud prevention.
Order
Any order implies full acceptance of these GTCS. Confirmation of the order by clicking “CHECKOUT” constitutes a firm commitment. The order is confirmed by email and processed subject to stock availability.
If a product is unavailable, CODAGE will inform the Customer by email and offer to modify or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, a refund will be processed promptly.
ARTICLE 4 – RETURN POLICY
Standard products
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal for any standard product that is unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Due to the artisanal and personalized nature of CODAGE products:
Personalized products (myCodage)
Personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the case of a proven defect or non-compliance, in which case replacement or refund will be carried out at CODAGE’s expense.
ARTICLE 5 – DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
- Digital gift cards are valid only for online purchases on www.codageparis.com.
- They are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The remaining balance on the digital gift card is not refundable in cash and cannot be exchanged for physical cards.
- The digital card can be used in one or multiple orders, up to the available balance.
- Any loss or theft of the digital card will not entitle the Customer to a refund.
- To use a digital gift card, the Customer must provide the card number during online checkout.
ARTICLE 6 – ONLINE RESERVATIONS: SPA SERVICES & GIFT CARDS
Spa reservations at Maison CODAGE
Services (treatments, access) are considered executed on the chosen date. The right of withdrawal does not apply after the reservation is confirmed.
You can modify or cancel your appointment free of charge up to six (6) hours before the scheduled treatment time. After this deadline, no modification, cancellation, or refund will be accepted. All requests must be submitted in writing (by email or via the booking platform).
CODAGE reserves the right to refuse access in case of lateness or absence, without refund.
Maison CODAGE gift cards
- Maison CODAGE gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- They can be used in all Maison CODAGE locations in France and Spain.
- The services offered may vary depending on the location.
- The remaining balance on the card is not refundable in cash.
- To use a Maison CODAGE gift card, the Customer must provide the card number during online checkout or at the spa payment in a Maison CODAGE.
ARTICLE 7 – TRANSFER OF RISK AND WARRANTIES
Risk passes to the carrier (La Poste, FedEx, Chronopost, DHL, UPS, etc.) upon shipment.
Legal warranties
In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the Customer benefits from:
- the legal warranty of conformity;
- the warranty against hidden defects.
In case of defective or non-compliant products, the Customer may request replacement or refund.
ARTICLE 8 – PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any clause of these GTCS is deemed invalid by a court or law, the remainder of the contract remains applicable.
ARTICLE 9 – DATA PROTECTION
CODAGE collects and processes personal data in connection with order processing and communication with the Customer.
In accordance with the GDPR and French law n°78-17 as amended, the Customer has the following rights:
- right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability;
- the ability to withdraw consent at any time.

CODAGE does not sell or rent its customer database.
ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
These GTCS and related sales are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the competent court is that of Nice, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the right to use a free consumer mediator in order to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute with the Seller.
As such, the Customer may refer the matter to the following consumer mediator:

After a prior written complaint has been submitted to the Seller’s customer service department, and in the event of an unsatisfactory response or no response, the Customer may submit the dispute to the above-mentioned mediator.
