Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale are up to date as of July 13, 2026.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These Terms of Sale aim to:

inform consumers of the terms and conditions under which the seller ("CODAGE") sells and delivers the products ordered;
define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by CODAGE to the consumer (the "Customer").

They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products offered by CODAGE on its website www.codageparis.com (the "Site").

Any order placed on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted prior to placing an order.

Products are offered for sale and delivery worldwide, excluding China. Prior to placing an order, the Customer declares that the purchase of products on the CODAGE site has no connection with any professional activity and is intended for strictly personal use, and that they have full legal capacity to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

CODAGE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the products, except for personalized products or services performed on a chosen date.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICE – PAYMENT – ORDERS

Price
Prices shown on the Site are inclusive of all taxes at the time of order. They do not include delivery charges, which are calculated based on the order amount and shown before checkout.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. No order will be shipped without confirmation of full payment. Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All payment information is encrypted.

CODAGE may transmit order data to authorized third parties for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

Orders
Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Order confirmation by clicking "CHECKOUT" constitutes a firm commitment. The order is confirmed by email and processed subject to stock availability.

In the event a product is unavailable, CODAGE will inform the Customer by email and offer to modify or cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, a refund will be issued as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 4 – RETURNS POLICY

Standard products
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal for any standard, unopened and unused product. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Personalized products (myCodage)
Personalized products may not be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a proven defect or non-conformity, in which case a replacement or refund will be issued at CODAGE's expense.

ARTICLE 5 – DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

Valid only for online purchases on www.codageparis.com
Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
Remaining balance is not refundable in cash and cannot be exchanged for a physical card
May be used for one or several orders, within the limit of the available balance
Any loss or theft will not entitle the holder to a refund
The card number must be entered at online checkout

ARTICLE 6 – ONLINE BOOKINGS: TREATMENTS, ACCESS & SPA GIFT CARDS

Bookings at Maison CODAGE spas
Services (treatments, access) are considered performed on the chosen date. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the booking has been confirmed.

You may modify or cancel your appointment free of charge up to six (6) hours before the scheduled treatment time. After this deadline, no modification, cancellation, or refund request will be accepted. Any request must be made in writing.

CODAGE reserves the right to refuse access in the event of lateness or absence, without refund.

Maison CODAGE gift cards

Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
May be used at all Maison CODAGE locations in France and Spain
Services offered may vary by location
Remaining balance is not refundable in cash
Card number required at payment

ARTICLE 7 – TRANSFER OF RISK AND WARRANTIES

Risk is transferred to the carrier (La Poste, FedEx, Chronopost, DHL, UPS, etc.) upon shipment.

Legal warranties
In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the Customer may request a replacement or refund.

ARTICLE 8 – PARTIAL INVALIDITY

If any clause of these Terms of Sale is deemed invalid by a court or by law, the remainder of the agreement remains applicable.

ARTICLE 9 – DATA PROTECTION

The processing of your personal data in connection with your order is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which specifies in particular the data collected, its purposes, and your GDPR rights.

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale and related sales are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court is that of Nice, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of any dispute with the Seller.

After a prior written request to the Seller's customer service, and in the event of an unsatisfactory response or no response, the Customer may refer the dispute to the above mediator, via the online service, by email to declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net, or by mail to the address above.
