1. Review Collection and Verification

Origin: Reviews can be submitted by any site visitor or customer.
Verified Purchase: Reviews from customers who have completed a purchase are marked with a "Verified Buyer" badge to distinguish them from general feedback.
Incentives: We do not provide any financial compensation or incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

2. Moderation and Control Procedure

Pre-publication Review: All reviews are subject to human moderation before being published to ensure they comply with our community guidelines.
Refusal Criteria: We reserve the right to reject reviews that contain:
- Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language.
- Personal data (phone numbers, emails, etc.).
- Spam or promotional content for other services.
- Content unrelated to the product itself.
Integrity: We do not edit or modify the text of any review. We publish the feedback exactly as submitted by the user.

3. Display and Ranking Rules

Ranking: By default, reviews are displayed in chronological order (most recent first). Users can manually sort reviews by rating (highest or lowest) using the sorting tool in the review widget.
Selection: We are committed to displaying all reviews, regardless of the rating (from 1 to 5 stars), provided they are not fraudulent or offensive.

4. Publication Period and Data Rights

Duration: Reviews remain published for as long as the product is available for sale on our website.
