CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Participants may cancel services by providing written notice to info@mycodage.com
at least 10 days prior to the scheduled start date or the next billing cycle.
Cancellation fees:
- Up to 20 days before the event start date: full refund
- Between 19 and 10 days before the event start date: 30% cancellation fee
- Less than 10 days before the event start date: 100% cancellation fee
Absences (No-Shows)
Failure to attend a scheduled event without notice may result in corresponding charges.
What is the deposit for?
This initial 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. It will be deducted from the total cost of your CODAGE wellness retreat.
The remaining 70% of the total balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the event. Our team will contact you to finalize the payment and confirm your reservation.
What services are included in the retreat?
- 2-night accommodation at the 5-star Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella hotel.
- Access to CODAGE spa facilities on the first day: enjoy the pools, sauna, hammam, ice fountain, and gym to relax upon arrival.
- Body treatments (90 min): two 90-minute body treatments at our spa Maison CODAGE Marbella during your stay.
- Face treatment (60 min): one 60-minute facial at our spa Maison CODAGE Marbella.
- Morning yoga & Breathwork workshop
- CODAGE Masterclass: Led by an expert, this masterclass lets you discover the brand universe, understand your skin’s needs, and build a personalized skincare routine.
- Meals: All meals during your stay are included: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 2 healthy dinners at the hotel restaurant (drinks not included).

CODAGE Paris reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services or the entire retreat in case of unforeseen circumstances.
